Challenge
To launch a new era of the Star Wars franchise, Disney required a series visually engaging, content-rich publications that expanded the universe, while maintaining strict brand guidelines and ensuring clarity across information-heavy content.
Solution
A series of engaging in-world reference guides. Working closely with Lucasfilm’s story team, I shaped the concepts and content, commissioned illustrators, makers, and photographers, and designed layouts that balanced visual impact with clarity and usability.
Impact
The series became a fan favorite, selling hundreds of thousands of copies worldwide and establishing new Star Wars canon that continues to influence the franchise's expanding universe.
